A rolling Photographic Exhibition by Larry Ellis is taking place in the Cameron Tearooms at Dimbola Museum and Galleries.
Very much up close and personal with many of the stars of the period, now you to can get up close and personal with the likes of Sammy Davis Jr, Elizabeth Taylor, Richard Burton and many more at Larry’s exhibition ‘Tea With The Stars’ at Dimbola. The exhibition is free as long as you enjoy a cup of tea.

The campaign group ‘I’m a Photographer, Not a Terrorist’ is organising a flashmob outside London’s City Hall.
The mass gathering will highlight the restrictions on street photography in a public space.
The event takes place on International Press Freedom Day and is supported by the National Union of Journalists (NUJ) London Photographers’ Branch (LPB). Read more click here

With their fingers firmly on the shutter, the Isle of Wight Digital Imaging Group network of photographers have launched the first ’Isle of Wight Photo Agency’.
Building on a commitment to ensure photographers realise appreciation in the creativity and value of their work, the photo agency is part of a series of innovations to give IWDIG photographers a heads up on the business side of their photography.

Congratulations to Michael (Mike) Cooper, for scooping the Isle of Wight Photographer Of the Year Competition 2010.
Michael follows in David Vennings (2009) and Kevin Mitchell’s (2006) footsteps of IWDIG members who have won the IWPOY since its inception..

Using ground breaking technology similar to polarization, to amplify the light that forms the image by harnessing ambient light.
