IWDIG believes in equal opportunities for all members irrespective of their length of membership or ability.
We oppose all forms of unlawful or unfair discrimination on grounds of colour, race, nationality, ethnic or national origin, sex, marital status, sexual orientation, age or disability.
All individuals are treated equally and fairly and any decisions undertaken are based solely on objective and ability related criteria.
It is in the IWDIG and its members best interests and within the framework of the law, to maintain a membership that reflects the community in which we live.
In order to implement this policy; all members are responsible for playing their part in achieving its objectives with the policy reviewed annually.
