‘Can you guess what it is yet?’  We are very pleased to announce the launch of the Extreme-Macro IWDIG member’s competition with sponsorship from the Island Photo Centre, thanks guys!

Every month, here on the website, we will be displaying an Extreme-Macro photograph (see image on left) provided by our very own macro specialist David Vennings.  As an IWDIG member all you have to do is to email in your best guess as to what the mystery item is. There is no limit to the number of guesses you can make each month and knowing  just how extreme David’s work can be you might need quite a few.

The winner will be drawn from all correct entries at the first meeting after each closing date and will be presented with a £5.00 voucher towards photographic equipment provided by the competition’s sponsor the Island Photo Centre. Closing date for this, our first extreme-macro competition, is midnight Sunday 21st September.
